Dialogue with Stakeholders
Communication with all of our stakeholders is important to us in Atlantic Copper and as such, we have set up two ways to contact us: either through the “Contacts” section which can be accessed via the web map, or through this “Stakeholder Dialogue” page.
Privacy Policy:
Atlantic Copper guarantees the security and confidentiality of all data provided by site Users, employing all the necessary technological and organizational methods available to prevent the alteration, loss, misuse, processing and non-authorized access to such information, in accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December, related to the Protection of Personal Data.
In terms of the processing of personal information on the part of Atlantic Copper, we should inform you that the User will be free to release any details that may be required of them when requesting information or registering for any of the services offered. The permission of the User should granted unequivocally, and may be revoked whenever the User so wishes.
Atlantic Copper would like it to be known that a secure file exists where all details supplied by the User for the purposes of requesting information or registering for the services offered are stored, in strict accordance with the legal requirements and stipulations of personal data legislation.
In relation to the said file, the User may exercise in writing all rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of this data, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December, related to the Protection of Personal Data and complementary legislation. Please send a signed request in writing to Atlantic Copper, Avda. Francisco Montenegro s/n, 21001 Huelva. This request should include the following information: full name of the personal User and registered address for correspondence.
