Atlantic Copper has over 650 employees, between its production facilities in Huelva and its corporate headquarters and central services in Madrid.
One of the most significant features of the workforce is its high percentage (90%) of permanent employment. This gives our staff great confidence and security, which has a positive impact on how they do their job.
For Atlantic Copper, our employees are our most valuable asset. Their professionalism and responsible behavior in their daily work are a true reflection of who we are as a company, our identity.
Our team consists of people who share the same culture and corporate values of initiative, teamwork and achievement, the requirements that allow us to be a leader in our industry. Without their effort, dedication and loyalty, we would not be what we are today.

- Compulsory education: 17%
In addition to our own staff, Atlantic Copper is the direct source of jobs for over 500 people who work daily in our facilities through subsidiaries and partners.
